ECMI Celebrates Progress!

We would like to congradulate our newest account directors Marissa Crollard and Randy Davis. Since they have started it's like they don't know how to have a bad day! This makes them great assets to our business because not only are they progressing and succeeding, they are helping kick others in gear seeing how well they are doing and keeping the competition alive. We believe strongly in promotion from within and allowing the best qualified move up, regardless of time in the position. No seniority means that one of these two might pass others in the race to the next assistant manager and we're waiting anxiously at the finish line to see who can get their first!

ECMI Responds to Consumer Demands

With an economy that is constantly changing it is important for companies to be able to adapt. This couldn't be more true than the marketing and advertising field. ECMI has always been geared towards giving the consumer an opportunity to try new things on a risk free basis. This has been shown through the City Lights Cruises and Unexpected Productions campaigns where consumers are given the opportunity to go on a harbor cruise or check out an improv comedy club. With recent demands ECMI will be offering the consumer chances to enjoy daily activities more often as well. New clients include local theaters, car care centers, as well as dine in and dine out restaurants. Look for these new campaigns to be launching in the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2010. Our goal at ECMI is to provide outstanding service to our clients and to help the consumer enjoy their quality of life.

Finishing the Month on a High Note!

Throughout the month of June we have seen some excellent growth, both in our business and in our people. We have done several promotions this month in both full-time and interns alike. Even though we only get a short amount of time to spend with our interns we are able to help them grow in areas such as sales, marketing, communications, human resources, teamwork, problem solving and they get to work with some of our very well-known clients. A huge congratulations goes out to Finlay Brashears, Adam Johnson and Or Zaidenberg. Keep up the good work!

Hip Hip Hooray!

We'd like to congratulate our newest Account Directors: Marie Toulouse, Michelle Walters and Curtis Eun! These three have all stepped up to show that they are ready for more responsibilities and we are glad to provide them with this opportunity. Marie and Michelle just returned from working in Yakima for a week and were able to show that with little guidance they were able to manage themselves and helped to make the week a success. We have high hopes for all three and look forward to seeing what they can achieve.
